It doesn't matter what type of job you are trying to get hired for, if you use the right example, you will have a resume that will help ensure you the best chance possible for getting hired for that particular job. One thing that a lot of people don't understand about writing resumes is that you have to be sure that it has all of the pertinent information to help you get hired. The examples that you can locate to use, will help you understand what specific information you need to be sure is on there.
Isn't it an advanced thinking that the goal of your pre-employment document is to get the position right away? Don't ever think of that. Bear in mind that the very purpose of it is not getting the job instantly, but securing a job interview. You are never assured of a job just by trying to place everything across your application paper and by including every reason why you should be hired. Including sufficient sets of information that are relevant to the position is enough to earn a ticket for an interview.
Whatever means more to the employer is what you want to highlight and showcase on your resume. Make sure, especially if you are using a template or working off of an example of a resume, that you have the leeway to do it your way. Does it make more sense to list experience and qualifications in a chronological order, or are these traits best grouped by specific aptitudes? For example, if an employer stresses leadership as a necessary, you may want a section titled Leadership, and then give examples from your education, your training, your work experiences all the different ways you can show that you have leadership qualities. Then title another section with another desirable quality and highlight how you meet that criterion.
